We are the local chapter of the National Treasury Employees Union for IRS employees in the Ogden, UT area. Chapter 67's elected board, office staff and stewards are dedicated to our members and committed to improving the lives of federal employees.
What we will do for our Members:
- Identify ourselves and provide you with service as quickly as possible, or find someone who can
- Listen to you and look for practical ways to help resolve issues
- Be courteous, helpful and considerate at all times
- Provide information that is accurate, complete and easy to understand
- Where we can’t immediately meet your needs, we will get back to you and ensure you are kept up to-date about the actions we have taken
- Continually strive to improve communications
- Regularly seek feedback on the quality of service you received, and use this information to implement improvements
- Deal with complaints promptly and treat all sensitive information as confidential
What we expect of our Members:
- That you will treat our staff with courtesy and respect
- Provide us with complete, timely and accurate information
- Disclose all relevant matters relating to your needs or issues
- Let us know if you will be late or are unable to keep an appointment
- Advise us of any complaints or suggestions for improvement in a clear and constructive way
